DESCRIPTION

The main structural element is a steel frame made from a pipe with a minimum diameter of 168.3 mm. The frame is made up of pipes connected straight or bent at different angles. A rope structure is stretched over the support structure. Additional attractions include: rope funnel, climbing ropes – 8pcs, rubber mats – 8 pcs, rope obstacle course consisting of 7 ropes with plates, installed at an angle and a stork’s nest swing located at the end of the device. At the locations indicated in the visualisations, the net has been deliberately thickened in order to respectively: pass freely over the top or lie comfortably on the rope hammock.
The steel structure is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanisation. Connections of steel structure components shall be made in such a way as to ensure the continuity of the external surface of the pipe bends, butt connections with the location of connectors outside the outside diameter of the pipe bend section are not permitted and others that change the cross-section of the steel structure in steps along its length. This requirement is to avoid the danger to users posed by protruding hard parts and to maintain a satisfactory visual effect of the device.
The rope structure is made of olive-coloured, braided, bonded polyamide rope reinforced with galvanised steel strings. Średnica liny wynosi 18 mm. The components connecting the ropes to each other are made of black plastic and aluminium. The connection of the rope net to the steel structure is ensured by elements made of acid-resistant steel and hot-dip galvanised steel. Steel structure placed on reinforced concrete footings.
Optional painting.
The structure of the device at the request of the customer can be painted by powder or “wet” spray painting according to RAL.
The fall area of the equipment should be made on a surface in accordance with PN EN 1176- 1:2017. The possibility of access by heavy construction equipment is required for the installation.
