DESCRIPTION

The main structural elements are two steel loops made of bented 139.7mm diameter tubes, mounted on steel poles made of 114.3mm diameter tubes. The structure is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanising and powder coating. The unit is anchored in the ground through concrete footings, which are placed at a depth of 1.0m. The footings are made of C20/25 concrete. Two rope tunnels are attached to the structure. One of the tunnels is hanged between two loops and additionally equipped with rubber mats to facilitate movement inside, the other is attached to the structure and anchored in the ground. The rope nets are made of polyamide rope, braided, glued reinforced with galvanised steel strings. The diameter of the rope is 18 mm. The elements connecting the ropes to each other are made of plastic, stainless steel and aluminium. The device is additionally equipped with two seats on a steel circle structure, four ladders fixed on steel poles, a deaf telephone and three sensory panels.
The fall zone of the equipment should be made on a substrate that complies with PN EN 1176-1:2017-12. Access for heavy construction equipment is required to carry out the installation.
