DESCRIPTION
CUBES4 STANDARD is a device consisting of four cubes made of black steel protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanisation, placed one on top of the other, with each one rotated relative to the lower one by a 45-degree angle. The walls and roofs of the cubes are clad on all sides with HPL or polycarbonate panels, with the exception of the lowest cube, where two walls are blank due to communication.
The lowest cube is equipped with educational games on the outer walls, encased by HPL panels – one game on each encased wall – and a spatial rope net as an entrance. A rubber mat is installed at the top of the net to facilitate the climb to the level above.
Between the cubes, a rope net is installed in the floor plane of the second cube. Inside the second cube, a spatial rope net is installed. The two walls are enclosed by polycarbonate, allowing the user to observe the space around the device. One of the walls encased by HPL panels contains the inlet of a tube slide, made of polyethylene, with the starting section located 2.7m above ground level. In the second wall encased by HPL there are two windows of different diameters.
A spatial rope net is installed in the third cube, equipped with a single rubber mat. Between the cubes, a rope net is installed in the floor plane of the third cube. One wall of the cube is enclosed by polycarbonate, allowing the user to observe the space around the device. The three remaining walls are enclosed by HPL panels. One with an entrance to an openwork tunnel leading to the highest cube. The second wall with the inlet of a tube slide, made of polyethylene, with the starting section located 4.6m above ground level. The third wall is equipped with 3 windows of different diameters.
In the highest cube, a flat rope net is installed, divided into nine square sectors: two empty for communication and seven in the form of contoured rope seats. Between the cubes, a rope net is installed in the floor plane of the highest cube. The two walls of the cube are enclosed by polycarbonate, allowing the user to observe the space around the device. The other two walls are enclosed by HPL panels. One with an exit from the openwork tunnel and the other equipped with 2 windows of different diameters.
Rope elements are made of polyamide, braided, bonded ropes with a diameter of 18mm, connected by connectors made of aluminum, stainless steel and plastic. The connection of the rope net to the steel structure is provided by elements made of stainless steel, galvanized steel and plastics. The foundation of the steel structure is made as reinforced concrete footings. Optional painting.
The structure of the device at the request of the customer can be painted by powder or “wet” spray painting according to RAL. The fall area of the equipment should be made on a surface in accordance with PN EN 1176- 1:2017. The possibility of access by heavy construction equipment is required for the installation.
