POLYAMIDE ROPE, BRAIDED, BONDED
18 mm and POLYPROPYLENE ROPE 16 mm
The rope used is specially designed for playground production. Its most important characteristics are: child-friendly surface, no toxic properties of the materials used, UV-resistant, steel braid to prevent the rope being cut by vandals, weather resistance of the materials used – especially corrosion, which is achieved by galvanising the steel strings. We use 18 and 16 mm diameter rope in the manufacture of the equipment.
POLYAMIDE ROPE, BRAIDED, BONDED
After years of getting experience and using different rope models, we now use POLYAMIDE, BRAIDED, BONDED rope in the manufacture of equipment made from 18 mm diameter rope.

ROPE CONSTRUCTION
The rope is made of galvanised steel strings twisted into six strands. Each strand is glued into a braided polyamide. Main characteristics of the rope used:
– the sheath of the rope is braided, not twisted. The polyamide sheath made in this way is characterised by higher abrasion resistance and therefore extends the life of the rope.
– the steel strands are glued together with a polyamide sheath. This solution makes the rope more compact and there is no possibility of the braid moving in relation to the steel strands.

STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS

In devices which do not require specially reinforced steel, we use acid-resistant steel, commonly known as stainless steel. The MagicNets swing line, the diamond collection and many individual elements in various devices produced by MagicNets are made of stainless steel.
The use of such a material ensures maintenance-free use and an unusual appearance of the device.

FOUNDATIONS

The foundations are made of reinforced concrete base of high-strength concrete C25 / 30 (B30).
The foundation level does not exceed 1.3 m.

SURFACES
We provide shock-absorbing surfaces in accordance with PN-EN 1176-1. Their task is to ensure the safety of playing children. We make the following surfaces:

  • synthetic poured with a thickness of 35-120 mm,
  • sand with a fraction of 0.25 – 2 mm with a thickness of 200 – 300 mm,
  • gravel with a fraction of 2 – 8 mm and a thickness of 200 – 300 mm.

The devices are enriched with a rubber mat reinforced with four layers of plastic mesh.
The mat we use is free of PAH compounds (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), which ensures the safety of our children. We use mats resistant to weather conditions, including UV rays, with a thickness of 8 and 10 mm in various colors.

DIAPHRAGM MADE OF RUBBER
The devices are enriched with a rubber mat reinforced with four layers of plastic mesh. The mat we use is free of PAH compounds (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), which ensures the safety of our children. We use mats resistant to weather conditions, including UV rays, with a thickness of 8 and 10 mm in various colors.

CLAMP + EYING BOLT
The element enabling attaching the nets to the pole is a specially designed clamp. It is made of very high-strength cast steel. Its anticorrosive protection consists of three layers of chlorinated rubber paint.

The clamp is connected with an eyebolt which is made of stainless steel.

CONNECTORS
In our projects, we use aluminum and plastic connectors. The natural properties of aluminum alloys and the highest quality plastics ensure high durability and strength. The failure-free rope structures are ensured by the proprietary system of connectors.

 

THIMBLES AND SCREWS
In order to ensure the highest possible durability and to maintain a high aesthetic effect, we use only stainless steel thimbles and screws.
Such a procedure guarantees the high quality of the offered products.

HPL PLATES WITH GRAPHICS
We use HPL high-pressure laminate in the equipment and decorative elements for toys.
We use plates of various thicknesses which are characterized by high impact strength and resistance to weather conditions. Available in many colors and patterns, they offer endless design possibilities.

BLACK STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS
We make larger structures using structural steel. The main anti-corrosion protection is a hot dip galvanized coating with a thickness of at least 100 microns.

Some of the designs are additionally secured against corrosion as a standard, others can be additionally secured on customer’s request. Depending on the needs and possibilities, we use technologies of powder coating or “wet” spray painting.
