DESCRIPTION

The main structural element is two steel towers with a total height of 6.8m. The core of the structure consists of 120 x 120mm square steel pipes. The structure is hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated. The towers, imitating coniferous trees, are decorated with HPL panels of external application and 10mm thick. Four windows made of transparent polycarbonate are installed in each tower. Additional decoration is provided by animals located in the windows, made by printing on polycarbonate. Inside each tower are made of ropes: 2 full floors and 3 mezzanines allowing communication inside the toy, between levels. Movement between the towers is made possible by a roped, openwork tunnel with a cross section of 1.9×1.0m and a length of 5.0m. The bottom of the tunnel is suspended at a height of 3.5m. Entrance from the outside to the tower is provided by two entrances: a steel-rope arch entrance and a rope entrance in the form of a sloping trapezoidal truss. The net is made of polyamide rope, braided, glued reinforced with galvanized steel strings. The diameter of the rope is 18 mm. The elements connecting the ropes to each other are made of plastic and aluminum.
The fall area of the device should be made on the surface in accordance with PN EN 1176- 1:2017-12. The possibility of access of heavy construction equipment is required for the installation.
